Shipping

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States, Canada, and Australia. Simply place your order, and the shipping fee will be waived automatically at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you can expect delivery within 7-10 business days depending on your location.

At this time, we only offer standard shipping options. However, we are working on adding expedited shipping options in the future to better meet your needs.

Yes! After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress and get an estimated delivery date.

We offer a 14-day return policy on most items. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on engraved or custom-made jewelry unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label if necessary.

For returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. If we made an error with your order, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
